A way of directing attention

Hypnosis uses focused attention and suggestions. A guided wellness session may invite you to notice breathing, imagine a scene or practise a different response to an everyday situation. You can decide whether to follow an invitation, and you can stop the recording.

You do not need to achieve a special feeling or a blank mind. Experiences vary. A session that feels relaxing has not thereby demonstrated a medical benefit.

Where to find the evidence boundaries

The evidence page names the limited findings from defined clinical settings and their limits. It does not establish an effect for this application, a self-guided recording, or a generated session.

What this service offers

Al Hypnosis offers an adult wellness practice. It does not diagnose, treat or cure a medical or psychological condition. A generated script can sound confident while still being unsuitable for a particular person.

Use your usual professional care. Review a written session before choosing narration, and stop if the experience becomes distressing. The Safety page explains situations in which you should avoid a session or seek advice.
